2. Credit & Background Check Authorisation
I hereby authorise RK Fuels to verify the information provided and to conduct any necessary credit checks, identity verification, and background checks with relevant financial institutions, credit bureaus, and other authorised parties for the purpose of assessing this application and managing the fleet account.
3. Agreement to Terms & Conditions
I acknowledge and agree to be bound by the RK Fuels Fleet Fuel Card Terms and Conditions, including policies relating to card usage, transaction processing, pricing, credit limits, payment terms, and account management.
4. Card Ownership & Transaction Liability
I understand that the fleet fuel cards issued under this account remain the property of RK Fuels, and that the applicant organisation is fully responsible for all transactions performed using the cards issued under this account, whether authorised or unauthorised, until such time as the card is reported lost, stolen, or compromised and the issuer confirms that the card has been blocked.
5. Card Security Responsibility
I further acknowledge that it is the responsibility of the applicant organisation to ensure that all cards, PINs, and access credentials are kept secure and are used only by authorised personnel. Any misuse, negligence, or failure to safeguard card details may result in financial liability for the applicant organisation.
6. Right to Approve, Suspend or Terminate
I understand that RK Fuels reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate the fleet card facility or any individual card at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of overdue payments, suspected misuse, breach of terms, or security concerns.
7. No Guarantee of Approval
I further acknowledge that submission of this application constitutes a request for a fleet fuel card facility and does not guarantee approval or issuance of cards. Approval is subject to internal review, credit assessment, and compliance with RK Fuels's policies and requirements.
